FGA training is tailored to the needs of each individual player, group, or team. Development does not happen in a straight line and is different for each player. We keep this in mind when developing our training sessions and in all of our interactions with players.
Individual Training
We offer individual training sessions at several locations in South Jersey. Individual training rates start at $60/hour.
Group Training
We offer small group sessions for players around the same age or ability level. We can also place your daughter in a group where possible upon request.
Team Training
FGA offers team training and coaching solutions throughout South Jersey.
